We accept returns on eligible items that are new, unused, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery

• Not marked as Final Sale

• Item is new, unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Item is free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or damage

• All original tags and packaging are attached and intact

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Studio 93 East reserves the right to decline any return.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Any item marked Final Sale at time of purchase

Return Shipping Cost

U.S. Returns

A prepaid return label will be generated for you through our returns portal. The cost of the label will be calculated and shown before you confirm. The label cost and original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Authorization

All returns must be initiated through our returns portal before sending. Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund. Studio 93 East reserves the right to decline any return at our discretion.
